🥦 Fullgreen Riced Broccoli & Cauliflower Review: A Sinus Rhythm Kind of Side Dish
Hi friends! I’m a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (but not your Nurse Practitioner). This is just my personal foodie opinion and for entertainment purposes only—so grab your fork, not your medical chart. 😉
Let’s put Fullgreen Riced Broccoli & Cauliflower through my HEART Exam:
❤️ H = Health
✅ Just two ingredients: broccoli + cauliflower.
🌱 Non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, no additives.
💪 5g fiber per serving (hello happy GI system!) + 2g protein.
🧠 Cauliflower brings choline for brain health—aging gracefully, here I come!
🍽 One pouch = one serving.
🍴 E = Eating
On its own? Honestly, kinda bland. 😅
But add some AmyLu Andouille chicken sausage and BOOM 💥—a total flavor glow-up.
Riced veggies are like sponges—they soak up whatever flavors you pair them with.
🛒 A = Accessibility
Found mine at Whole Foods for $2.50.
Also available online (Amazon) and at some Kroger/Mariano’s & Walmart locations.
Shelf-stable, but refrigerate after opening.
🫀 R = Rating
This one gets a Sinus Rhythm ❤️—nutritionally awesome, super versatile, but not necessarily a pantry “must-have.” Still, I’d grab it again when I want an easy veggie swap.
🗣 T = Tell Others
Next time my mom visits, I’m tossing this into a stir fry and not telling her. Let’s see if she notices it’s not rice. 🤭 (P.S. cruciferous veggies = nutritious but may = gas. Totally normal!)
✨ Verdict: Fullgreen Riced Broccoli & Cauliflower is an easy, allergy-friendly way to sneak in more veggies, especially if you jazz it up with flavorful add-ins.
⚠️ Reminder: I’m a Nurse Practitioner, but not your Nurse Practitioner. This is not medical advice, just my foodie fun.
💖 As always—live safe, happy, and healthy.
