Today on the exam table we have Goodie Girl S’mores Sandwich Cookies — and friends… this one is a Tachycardia Alert 🚨💓

This is hands down my favorite cookie that comes in a box (bakery cookies are a separate category in my heart).

Because here’s the thing:

These cookies may not nourish my body in a big way, but they absolutely nourish my joy. And mental health matters too.

It’s not quite like another cookie I can compare it to — it just tastes like a really good cookie.

⚠️ Portion control warning:
If I eat directly from the box?
We have a problem.

I portion two cookies onto a plate and close the box. Otherwise… tachycardia becomes reality.

Packaging note:
The cookies sit in a plastic tray with a thin inner seal. If that inner liner isn’t closed well (hello children who sneak cookies 😅), they can go stale. I recommend sealing tightly or transferring to an airtight container.

Although honestly… they rarely last long enough in our house to stale.

Even my non-gluten-free family loves these.
In fact, my husband and kids are known to bring me a box when:

  • They want to apologize

  • They want to bribe me

  • They want to make me smile

They know this is my favorite.
