⚠️ Portion control warning:
If I eat directly from the box?
We have a problem.
I portion two cookies onto a plate and close the box. Otherwise… tachycardia becomes reality.
Packaging note:
The cookies sit in a plastic tray with a thin inner seal. If that inner liner isn’t closed well (hello children who sneak cookies 😅), they can go stale. I recommend sealing tightly or transferring to an airtight container.
Although honestly… they rarely last long enough in our house to stale.
Even my non-gluten-free family loves these.
In fact, my husband and kids are known to bring me a box when:
