Okay, confession: I totally thought this was going to be a rock candy situation — hard, crunchy, and tooth-shattering fun. Nope! The Silky Gem Crystal Candy surprised me. It’s crisp and crackly on the outside, but the inside? Soft. Almost spongy! Definitely not chewy like a gummy, not firm like a lollipop… it lives somewhere in between candy worlds. 🌀
