🩺 Today’s Patient: Fit Butters Seasonal Flavors (Pumpkin Spice, Banana Maple French Toast, Cinnamon Sugar Cookie & Charlie’s Famous Carrot Cake)
If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I love a good taste test field trip! On a recent Walmart run in Logansport, IN, I stumbled upon Fit Butters Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Cashew Almond Blend — and, let’s just say, the jar didn’t last long.
Naturally, I had to visit their website to order more. This time, I picked up:
🍌 Banana Maple French Toast
🎃 Pumpkin Spice (with marshmallows!)
🥕 Charlie’s Famous Carrot Cake
🍪 Cinnamon Sugar Cookie (again, because… yum)
💓 H – Health
The Pumpkin Spice Cashew Blend serving is 2 tablespoons and packs:
200 calories
14g fat (4g saturated)
9g carbohydrates (1g fiber)
7g protein
It’s vegan, made in small batches, and includes added plant protein and coconut oil. Fit Butters suggests spreading it on rice cakes, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit — or enjoying it straight from the spoon (my personal method).
🍴 E – Eating
Let’s talk taste!
I sampled it:
Straight from the jar — creamy, nutty, and slightly sweet with a few crunchy cashew bits.
Mixed with my Candy Corn Chex Mix and Catalina Crunch cereal — a genius late-night snack if I say so myself. When microwaved, the marshmallows melted slightly and created that chewy, cozy “campfire treat” vibe.
The Pumpkin Spice with marshmallows was my favorite overall — but fair warning: the marshmallows disappear faster than your motivation to fold laundry.
The Banana Maple French Toast had the most distinct flavor, while the Cinnamon Sugar Cookie was comfort in a jar. Charlie’s Famous Carrot Cake didn’t hit the “spice cake” note I expected, so that one was a miss for me.
🛒 A – Accessibility
So far, the Cinnamon Sugar Cookie is the only flavor I’ve spotted in-store at Walmart ($13.98). Online orders from the Fit Butters site ran about $16.49 per jar — making a 4-pack total of $65.96.
While delicious, these are definitely a splurge item and may not be budget-friendly for every family.
❤️ R – Rating
🎃 Pumpkin Spice — Sinus Rhythm (I’d buy again)
🍌 Banana Maple French Toast — Sinus Rhythm (sweet and cozy)
🍪 Cinnamon Sugar Cookie — Sinus Rhythm (classic and nostalgic)
🥕 Charlie’s Famous Carrot Cake — Bradycardia (didn’t quite spice up my heart)
💬 T – Tell Others
If you’re a smooth peanut butter fan (hi Mom 👋), you might not love the crunchy texture.
But if you enjoy experimenting, these spreads could upgrade your cookies, smoothies, or snack boards — with a little protein boost.
They’re hard to find and pricey, but the ingredients are solid. So if money’s not an issue and you want a fall treat, I’d say: go for it!
