Both Strawberry Cheerios with added protein and Strawberry Vanilla Chex are certified gluten-free 🌾🚫 and contain no dairy ingredients 🥛🚫.
They’re fortified with essential vitamins and minerals like iron and folate—perfect for supporting energy and red blood cell production.
🍓 Ingredient Additions:
Miyoko’s Creamy Oat Butter: dairy-free butter alternative that melts beautifully.
Kroger Mini Marshmallows: corn syrup + sugar base, labeled as containing bioengineered ingredients.
No adverse reactions after several days—always a good sign for me and my celiac/eosinophilic esophagitis combo.
😋 E = Eating
These two cereals were meant to be together.
Crunchy, sweet, and lightly fruity—the strawberry and vanilla flavors play off each other perfectly.
The cereal bars are definitely on the sweet side 🍬 but not overwhelmingly so, and the added oat butter gives a smooth richness.
👩🍳 Method:
Melt ¼ cup Miyoko’s butter + 1 bag mini marshmallows over low heat.
Stir in about 6 cups total of the cereal mix.
Press into a parchment-lined dish, cool, cut, and enjoy!
