I’m a big fan of the chocolate + salt combo, so this label had my attention right away. Each bar reports 5g sugar, 6g protein, and 7g fiber (hello, digestion goals 🙋♀️). It’s gluten free ✅, non-GMO verified 🌱, no sugar alcohol 🙌, and zero trans fat. The fat mostly comes from nuts (the heart-healthy kind, not the cheeseburger kind 🍔). Bonus: a sprinkle of calcium (4%) and a dash of iron (6%). Not a multivitamin by any means, but every smidge counts!

First bite? Instant love. The salty crunch + chocolate combo is basically my snack love language. 💕 I can taste the almonds and peanuts clearly, and they give it that satisfying crunch. My only wish?
